Friday Sep 02, 2022
Friday Sep 02, 2022
After the 1st Season I took a LONG HIATUS (too long!), but sometimes the challenges of life and the adjustments required puts you in a space where some of the things you love to do become the sacrifice. Sometimes we need to rest, reset, recover and RELAUNCH! So this is the beginning of Season 2 because no matter what's going on in life this is something thats a passion for me. On this intro I talk about my life, changes and what's next for Season 2. "It's been a long time I shouldn't have left you..." - Rakim

Wednesday May 15, 2019
On this episode of The Concentrated Conversations Podcast I speak with Alexis Arralyn the extremely STRONG & talented podcast host of When the Bough Breaks where she focuses on estrangement (we did an episode together on her show). She speaks about growing up in a completely dysfunctional family, traveling and performing at various churches with her families singing group. Her dad having a secret baby outside of marriage, a whole lot of other dysfunction and how she made the choice to cut off communication with her family and move on with her life raising her children and putting the pieces back together (she's a super strong woman).
